Child & Youth Counselling

In-office therapy for children and teens in Milton, Ontario, and virtual sessions available across Ontario.

Overview

Support for Growing Minds

Our Child and Youth Counselling Sessions provide a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate space for children and adolescents ages 5 and up.

Using age-appropriate, evidence-informed approaches, our therapists help young people explore their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and explore ways to build confidence and resilience.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and thoughtfully tailored to each child's unique needs, strengths, and stage of development. We operate on a fee-for-service model with a focus on supporting emotional well-being, growth, and overall mental health.

Caregiver Involvement

Caregiver involvement is an important part of the therapeutic process.

Depending on your child's age, needs, and goals, caregivers may be included through parent check-ins, collaborative goal-setting, and guidance on how to best support your child outside of sessions. This approach can help reinforce progress, strengthen connection, and ensure therapy aligns with your family's values — while always respecting your child or youth's privacy and therapeutic space.
