Workplace Wellness
Investing in Your Team's Mental Health
At Co & Associates, we believe that mental health support shouldn't be limited to the therapy room. Organizations that invest in the emotional well-being of their teams see measurable improvements in productivity, retention, communication, and overall workplace culture.
Our corporate training programs — including Lunch & Learn sessions, half-day workshops, and critical incident debriefings — are designed to meet your team where they are. Whether you're looking to proactively build resilience or respond to a specific event, we bring clinical expertise and real-world experience directly to your workplace.
Each session is developed collaboratively with your organization's leadership to ensure relevance, sensitivity, and impact. Garion Sparks-Austin, alongside other members of the Co & Associates team, delivers these trainings with the same warmth, directness, and depth that defines our clinical practice.
